How to make SO Bar's Pick Me Up

The Pick Me Up is smooth and velvety with a delicate raspberry twist from the Irish whiskey liqueur and Chambord. It sits underneath a cloud of banana foam topped with chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

35ml Shanky’s Whip Irish Whiskey Llqueur 

15ml Chambord

Banana foam

Method

Stir the Shanky’s Whip and Chambord together and pour into an ice-cold Nick & Nora glass. Top with the banana foam and finish with dark chocolate shavings.
