How to make Los Mochis's Oaxacan Midori Sour

Melon, grassy, green pepper


The interestion of a spicy Mezcal Margarita and Midori Sour. Lost Explorer Mezcal is paired with Paranubes Oaxacan Rum giving the drink a grassy back bone while Midori and Ancho Reyes Verde complement each other by adding cool cucumber notes and smokey green pepper.

Ingredients

1 sorrel leaf

5ml Ancho Reyes Verde

7.5ml St. Germain

7.5ml Pineapple

15ml Lime juice

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Paranubes Rum

22.5ml Midori

22.5ml Lost Explorer Mezcal

Method

Place all ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice, shake for 10 seconds, double strain into a large tumbler with cubed ice.
